"The ladies here are just great. They always take my dog in right away when we drop by for a nail trim. I’m sorry I don’t remember your name, but the lady who trims my dog’s nails is so kind, professional and quick. And she doesn’t even seem to mind the screams my dog makes that sounds like she’s being murdered when she gets her nails cut. Thank you guys so much. You are very much appreciated!"

"They are always so kind to squeeze my boy in for a nail trimming / gland expression. It’s not his favorite activity but they make it quick and easy. Do you guys prefer an appointment for these two services? Or is walking in okay? Happy to reserve appointments in the future if that’s preferred. You guys are great! Thank you!"
